1.Design sketch
Free Design Service
Leader Display is equipped with an experienced point of purchase cardboard display structural team to assist you on spot.
By providing your product pictures and specify their dimensions and unit weight, our structural designers will help with initial design. These can be very standard or with variation on header signage or with a compelling call to action style.
2. Prototypes
White or Printed Prototypes
You can request three types of custom sample:
1.Standard White Sample（Standard white samples are plain white boxes that do not carry any graphics or printing are typically used for quickly validating the quality of the material.）
2.Digital Grade Sample: Digital printed sample (faster turnaround time, lower cost)
3.Production-Grade Sample: Offset printed sample (longer turnaround time, higher cost)
This option is the most cost-effective upon the three and typically the fastest to produce. If you are running a bit tight on your project timeline and need to make sure your material holds your products perfectly, standard samples are the way to go.
A prototype enables you to make sure that the physical quality of the packaging is up to the standards of the project and is exactly what is required for the entire production.It effectively rules out any chances of mismatches in the quality and design of the product between what you expected and what you get.

4. Color Match
• Color Accuracy
Especially for a world-renowned brand cardboard display, color match is one of the key issue we need to take care of. There are basically 3 ways we usually apply to avoid color discrepancy, and help make your point of purchase displays outstanding from the crowd
• Customer send to us a copy of their color proof.
We do a set of offset color proof prints with 2-3 variations for customer to choose from.
Our experienced printing expertise use “color meter” to help check color on site.
5. Packing
Well Protected Packing
Flat pack: to pack 1 or several sets of displays into one carton with assembly instruction sheet. Normally the assembly time is about 2 – 7 minutes for clients.
Pre-filled pack: mainly to deliver the fully assembled display to client’s factory for them to fill with the goods or clients send the goods to us and allow us to assemble the display and fill with the goods directly.
6. Assembly Instruction
Easy to Set Up
Taking the factor of economic shipping, most corrugated display units are packed flat. On the other side, sales reps at retail stores wish the displays are easy to assemble with no professional technics required.
This brought up the standard of a clear and simple assembly instruction, with several points and a few descriptions under each step.

7. Quality Control
Quality Inspect
Leader Display strictly abide by the ISO9001 Standard to effectively control quality from raw material purchasing to container or truck loading.
Our sales reps will keep record for procedures of each corrugated POP displays from printing to packing, and share with you after the order is completed. So that you could refer to live pictures and examine.
